Known for its hand-crafted, high performance kitchens, Henrybuilt has recently launched a new line of drawer accessories. The line is illustrative of the company’s focus on the integration of function, beauty, craft and durability all coming together in a particular way to create a great living experience. The hand-crafted accessories extend the warm, tactile feeling of Henrybuilt’s system into the interior, where users interact with the system most. The new pieces are designed to optimize space, bringing efficient storage and movement into the kitchen work area.
Designer Samuel Codegoni envisioned Paero, an unconventional hood for elegant kitchens. Minimalism and Japanese elegance inspire furoshiki, the refined technique of wrapping objects in silk cloths and fabrics to conceal, protect and at the same time enhance the contents of the package.
This is what a kitchen is (primarily) all about: Cooking. Any large, impressive kitchen with all the utensils, counter space, ventilation and appliances which would be fit for a chef is impressive, and when designed and implemented right, can be the centerpiece of the entire house.
Oak cabinets with vertically matched grain make up the kitchen, dining hutch and entertainment area built-ins. Paired with hardwood floors and a neutral color scheme, the mixed materials work together to reflect the home’s naturally beautiful location. The front kitchen features open shelving to display china and glassware. A back kitchen provides additional utility space, which keeps the front kitchen uncluttered and primed as a gathering space.
